These Rules & Regulations establish the basic standards, responsibilities, discipline, professional conduct, confidentiality requirements and operational procedures applicable to the Company and its employees, consultants, representatives and other authorised personnel.
These rules apply to all employees, whether permanent, probationary, temporary, contractual, trainee, consultant or otherwise engaged by the Company, to the extent applicable to their engagement.
Every employee shall:
Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
Follow lawful instructions issued by authorised management.
Follow Company policies, procedures and internal controls.
Maintain professional and respectful behaviour.
Protect Company property, information and reputation.
The Company may issue, amend or withdraw internal policies and procedures from time to time, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Employees must:
Act honestly and professionally.
Treat colleagues, customers and business partners respectfully.
Avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct.
Not knowingly provide false information to the Company.
Avoid conduct that creates a material conflict between personal interests and Company interests.
Confidential information must not be disclosed to unauthorised persons. This includes business plans, customer information, employee information, pricing, financial information, passwords, contracts, technical information, internal communications and other non-public information.
Company equipment, documents, software, accounts, identification cards and other assets shall be used responsibly and primarily for authorised business purposes.
Employees must protect passwords, devices, files and Company systems. Passwords must not be shared with unauthorised persons. Suspected security incidents must be reported promptly to management.
Employees must disclose any personal, financial or family interest that could materially conflict with their Company responsibilities.
Employees must not accept or provide improper payments, benefits or gifts intended to influence a business decision. Any gift or benefit that could create an actual or perceived conflict must be disclosed to management.
Official Company communication should be conducted through authorised channels. Employees must exercise care when communicating on behalf of the Company.
Employees must not disclose confidential Company information or represent personal opinions as official Company statements unless authorised.
Employees are expected to report to work according to their assigned schedule and maintain accurate attendance records. Repeated unauthorised absence or habitual lateness may result in disciplinary action subject to applicable law and Company policy.
Leave must normally be requested and approved through the prescribed Company process. Statutory leave entitlements will be governed by applicable law.
Employees must follow reasonable workplace health and safety instructions and promptly report hazards, accidents or unsafe conditions.
The Company expects a workplace free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation and retaliation. Complaints will be handled through appropriate internal procedures.
The Company shall maintain appropriate procedures for prevention and redressal of sexual harassment at the workplace in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the POSH framework where applicable.
Employees must maintain Company records accurately and must not intentionally alter, destroy, conceal or falsify official records.
No employee may misuse Company funds, create false expense claims, manipulate financial records or undertake unauthorised financial transactions.
Customers, vendors and business partners must be treated professionally. Commitments made on behalf of the Company must be within the employee's authority.
Company IT resources must not be used for unlawful activities, unauthorised access, distribution of malicious software, harassment or other prohibited activities.
Violation of Company rules may result in corrective or disciplinary action, which may include counselling, warning, suspension or termination, subject to applicable law, the employee's contract and principles of natural justice.
The Company may investigate suspected violations. Employees are expected to cooperate honestly with authorised investigations.
Employees may raise workplace concerns through their manager, HR or the designated Company contact.

The Company may update these rules when necessary to reflect changes in law, business operations or organisational requirements.
By signing the applicable employment or policy acknowledgement, the employee confirms that they have received, read and understood the applicable Company rules and agree to comply with them.
